Woo hoo! I've been Creative Commonsed (well almost.) I've emailed the dude letting him know he has to give me credit and must remove his "All Rights Reserved" bullshit. Creative Commons! Boo yeah!
A contact saw it and notified me. It is innocent enough--the guy wasn't all that aware of Creative Commons stuff. He's gong to make it a share and share alike non-commercial, just like the original.
